START WITH INTENTION, IMPROVE WITH PURPOSE EXCEL WITH CLARITY
One is transformation. It’s about moving in time but forgetting the clock. We ‘practice’ yoga and pilates because we strive for endless improvement. Mindfulness isn’t a buzzword; it’s how we live. Our world-class studios are designed to enhance daily ritual. Heated to 21, 27 or 37 degrees, each room promotes well-being.
Choose your discipline. Accept the challenge. Prepare for change.
As individuals we are One, but as One we are complete.
We gather on Country of the Gadigal of the Eora Nation on which members and Elders of the local Indigenous communities and their forebears have been custodians for many centuries, and on which Aboriginal people have performed age-old ceremonies of celebration, initiation and renewal. We acknowledge their living culture and their unique role in the life of the region.
Our stunning studio is housed in a 1930’s warehouse conversion on the ground and top floor. Near the famous Coke sign, street parking is available, especially early mornings. Kings Cross train station is 1 minute walk. Bus and bike routes are at the end of the street.

Kaitlin started as student of One and now you find her across all studios and all platforms. Not only does she represent One through her passion for practice and teaching but she is also the face behind our Instagram and socials. She is dedicated to Yoga as a life long journey and continue to refine her skills and her knowledge of the practice. She works hard but loves a good time, so expect her classes to challenge you physically but with a creative sequence and a great sound track thrown in, the time will fly.
Tanya is the Queen of restorative and yin. Her presence will instantly make you feel calm and her teaching will follow suit. Don’t be fooled though, with a background in dance and a practice spanning nine+ years Tanya know’s how to guide the body into long, strong holds focusing on alignment and the mental challenge of stillness, it is here that you will find the fire of your practice.
“So beautiful! Loved every second! Thank you for helping us stay strong and positive during these confusing times.”
