Our Pilates & Yoga Program Directors Tahlia and Kaitlin, will lead you through two 2hour classes daily, designed to unlock your physical, mental and spiritual potential. Solely on the mat, this retreat will explore all aspects of self, through creative use of props, sexy sequencing and seriously good beats. In paradise, of course.
One Hot Retreat will be nestled outside of Ubud at one of Bali’s hottest retreat sanctuaries, Soulshine. The magical oasis designed and owned by Michael Franti is a feast for the eyes and leaves us inspired just looking at it. From luxe accomodation to nourishing, organic meals, there’s nothing not to love. Removed from the distractions and stresses of daily life, you will condition your body, free your mind and awaken your soul.
Tahlia and Kaitlin are One. As well-experienced teachers, experts in their respective movement modalities and dedicated practitioners, they will transform your practice and inspire your life. While they each possess a unique teaching style, they are both inclusive, informative, ridiculously fun, and deliver classes that are absolutely meaningful. They find a balance between acai bowls & mojitos and never take anything too seriously.
