However, it is not an inoculation. It is a lifelong practice of choosing, over and over again, to build yourself up with kindness and care.
Teaching these somatic wisdom modalities in a nuanced and complete way requires a relationship between teacher and student. That is why we are membership based studio, and memberships will always be our best value. We still welcome those who prefer to come less often and our class packs allow convenience for minimal commitment.
