If you would like to suspend your Auto-Debit Membership payments, please complete the request form below.
Please note suspensions can be made in weekly blocks only. We cannot back date the requests, or process your request on the same day. Your suspension request will be processed within 5 business days (if not sooner), and confirmation will be sent via email.

There are no suspensions, extensions or transfers for Casual Classes, Class Packages or Upfront Memberships.

Please ensure to cancel yourself out of classes or waitlists within the suspension time, to avoid any accountability fees.
