Our 4 studios form a village in a back street near the intersection of Toorak Road and Chapel Street. Each studio uses a different material and colour palette to calm or uplift. There is street parking and a large carpark under the “Vogue” building, or a short walk from South Yarra train station.
Wonderful! All of our classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. Our ‘Essentials’ Yoga and Pilates classes are designed for beginners and are a perfect class to start off with.You can pause to take a rest if needed at any time, just listen to your body and take each class at your own pace. Our instructors are here to fully support and guide you through. We encourage you to come to as many classes as frequently as you can so you can see and feel the positive benefits.
Check in and studio access is available 15 minutes before each class. Please be mindful to arrive on time as it’s important to note that we do lock our doors when the class is about to begin and all classes start on time.
We have all the equipment required for classes including mats and props.
Please bring your own towel for class – We have bath towels to hire for $2 at the studio if required. Wear comfortable clothes, anything that you might work out or jog in. Be prepared to sweat and most importantly, Enjoy 🙂
Free on street parking before 8am 🙂
Yes, we have on-street parking at both our Melbourne and Sydney studios however it is limited and can get busy depending on the time of day. It’s best to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get to a park as we are strict about locking the doors and starting class on time!
Potts Point:
Meters start around 8am and there is paid parking available on Kellett street. There is ample free parking available in the surrounding streets.
South Yarra:
There is parking on river street however no reserved area for the studio. The surrounding streets also have parking available.
There is a shopping centre across the road (670 Chapel St). They validate parking under 2 hours with any purchase from Big W or Woolworths,
We have water fountains onsite to top up water bottles. For safety we are a glass-free studio, meaning no glass drink bottles. We also sell $4 water and coconut water to purchase in the studio. Please stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
We have beautiful showers and change facilities on site with our custom created shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Hair dryers are also onsite for your convenience.

Firstly, you need to check in with your doctor. In any case, we discourage hot yoga as it does provide an unfavourable environment for pregnancy. No pregnant women are allowed into our 37 degrees Slow Hot Flow classes.
To keep you moving throughout your pregnancy we offer private 1:1 Reformer Pilates and Yoga classes which are ideal especially to start off with.
Our teachers are prenatally trained and will guide you through appropriate modifications and also once you’re ready, recommend other group classes. These classes are room temperature. The perfect environment for prenatal clients!
Please note our Class Cancellation policy – you can cancel out of class up to four hours prior in order to avoid a $7 penalty fee. Cancelling within four hours will incur a $7 charge. Not showing up to class will incur a $15 charge.
We encourage you to use the waitlists as there is often a high chance of getting into classes. If doing so, please be aware that you can be added into a class up to 30 minutes before hand. If you do get added and then cancel within two hours, there is a late cancellation fee as that spot was given to you rather than someone else. Therefore, we advise to only go onto waitlists that you know you can and will attend. If you have a casual pass or class pack, the class will be forfeited if late cancelled/no show.
Of course! As an auto-debit member, you are welcome to suspend your membership for a minimum period of one week and maximum period of ten weeks per year after the 8 week initial minimum term.

Our memberships have a minimum term of 8 weeks. Memberships can be cancelled at any time after this initial minimum term via email. A notice period of 5 business days is required. Please email the team at one@onehotyoga.com.au to assist.
10 and 50 class packs are valid for 6 or 12 months respectively. No refunds, transfers or extensions. Class packs cannot be shared.
