1:4 SMALL GROUP STUDIO PILATES
A 50 minute class at room temperature. With a maximum of 4 students per class – workouts are specifically tailored to ensure the best results for each individuals goals.
PRENATAL REFORMER PILATES
This class is specific to pre-natal exercise to post natal recovery – preparing both the body and the mind for the work of labour and motherhood. We welcome all our One Hot Mammas to join us and move with confidence.
REFORMER PILATES
A 50 minute class at room temperature using spring resistance. Works to improve core and pelvic integrity for optimal delivery and recovery outcome. We recommend starting with our Essentials reformer classes.
YIN YOGA
Incorporates long holds in supported poses plus a focus on mindfulness of internal emotions, thoughts and sensations. Studio is 27ºC.
PRIVATE YOGA & PILATES
Privates are an intimate one on one session, where we can cater to your specific needs and body. They give you a more refined insight into understanding what your body can do during specific stages of your pregnancy. Our highly trained teachers can educate you on how to maintain a safe practice and give you all the tools and modifications you need to apply in your group classes. Privates can be non-heated or temperature set to 21ºC.
